Glass replacement, frame kept
If the glass in your window has cracked or fogged up, you may not need a full window replacement. Send a quote request or call us to discuss replacing the glass while keeping a sound window frame.
Homes across the Gatineau, Hull and Aylmer sectors, including the Plateau neighbourhood, use a mix of window types and ages. The right repair depends on the specific glass, sash and frame rather than the neighbourhood. When the frame is sound, we can replace the failed sealed unit without disturbing the surrounding trim and walls.
We assess failed thermos units with condensation between the panes, cracked or broken window glass, compatible single-pane applications and sliding patio-door glass. Each replacement is specified from the dimensions, thickness, spacer, coatings and safety-glass requirements of the existing opening.
Send a quote request online or call us. We review the project and arrange a visit to your home in Gatineau, Hull, or Aylmer when exact measurements are needed. We inspect the glass and frame, then provide a clear quote before anything is ordered. Installation follows once your custom unit is ready.
A broken window that leaves the property exposed is handled through our 24/7 emergency service. Call first so we can assess the opening, arrange securing or board-up, and plan the custom permanent replacement.
