CGR Window Glass Replacement & Repair ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains the information collected when you request a quote or contact us.
Information we collect
A quote request may include your name, email, phone number, address or postal code, contact preference, project description, and up to three photos that you choose to attach.
How we use it
We use this information only to assess your project, prepare or clarify a quote, arrange a measurement or service with you, and follow up on the request. We never sell your information.
Photos
Photos are optional. They help us understand the condition of the glass, frame, or hardware and are associated with your project record. Please avoid including people or sensitive information in them.
Advertising measurement and cookies
With your permission, we use the Google tag to measure whether a visit from an advertisement leads to a quote request. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this measurement. We do not send your form answers or photos to Google. You can allow or decline this optional measurement in the banner.
Service providers
We use Supabase for secure request and photo storage and Resend for transactional email. These providers process your data on our behalf to provide those functions.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed to respond to the request, provide the service, and meet accounting and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete it, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including Quebec’s Law 25 and Canada’s PIPEDA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
