These terms govern the use of the quote request form and the services of CGR Window Glass Replacement & Repair.
Quote requests
Submitting the form is free and without obligation. It is not a booking, contract, or price guarantee. We review the information and contact you to confirm the project scope.
Information and photos
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for attaching only photos you are authorized to share. Photos remain optional.
Measurements and final quote
A preliminary estimate may be revised after inspection, measurement, or specification checks. Only the final written quote accepted by the customer authorizes material ordering or the start of work.
Custom glass and deposits
When custom glass must be ordered, the final quote states the terms, expected timing, and any required deposit. A custom order begins only after your approval and, where applicable, receipt of the deposit.
Access and existing conditions
The customer must provide safe access to the window or door. We identify fragile, rotten, or damaged frames, sashes, or components observed before work; some conditions may require another specialist.
Payment and cancellation
Project-specific payment and cancellation terms appear in the accepted quote. To reschedule an arranged measurement or service visit, please notify us as soon as possible at 343-204-0366.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province where the service is provided.
